Base rates for Estonian Actors' Union members for working in film in 2023.

All minimum rates shown below are gross wages from which the employer must withhold all taxes required by law and pay social tax (33%). If the actor works under a contract for services or as a sole proprietor and there are characteristics of an employment relationship, the following base rates apply:

1. Shooting day (up to 10 hours):

• Shooting day fee: 300 euros

2. Overtime (from the 10th hour onwards):

• First hour (11th hour): 45 euros
• Each subsequent hour (from the 12th hour onwards): 60 euros

3. Rehearsal day (up to 10 hours):

• Rehearsal day fee: 150 euros
