FAQs to help the contractor
 
The Actors' Union and FilmCluster have concluded a framework agreement between themselves, which sets out a basic level of working conditions:

- Remuneration;
- working conditions;
- media relations;
- working and rest time;
- health and safety at work; 
- modification and termination of a contract of employment and refusal to perform work;
- agreement on intellectual property rights.
 
 
The conclusion of a role contract is an agreement on the substantive aspects of the performance of the work:
- Role
- Location, shooting period
- Working on the role before filming
- Specific skills to be acquired, if required
- Remuneration
- Secondment, transport, etc.
 

The role contract will agree on the following different remuneration: 
- working on the role before filming, 
- acquisition of specific skills, 
- trial days, 
- rehearsal days, 
- post-production, etc.
