Theatre
Base rate is the minimum gross salary for working in theatre in 2023, which is linked to the minimum wage for cultural workers with higher education.
Gross salary is the salary from which the employer deducts income tax, unemployment insurance and pension contributions, and pays social tax (33%).
1. Work done under an employment contract:
- Minimum gross salary for an actor with higher education: 1600 euros
- Minimum gross salary for an actor without professional higher education: 1400 euros
- Minimum gross salary for an actor without professional higher education after 5 years of permanent professional activity in theatre: 1600 euros
2. Fees for performances done under a contract for services:
- A part (leading role, 1/9 of the minimum gross salary): 178 euros
- B part (supporting role, 1/12 of the minimum gross salary): 133 euros
- C part (bit part, 1/16 of the minimum gross salary): 100 euros
3. Minimum hourly wage for rehearsals: 10 euros
